Very Good
If you get an exterior room, the view is nice. The room is big and well distributed. Big bath. Service really helps accommodating your needs In-room washing machine and microwave came up very handy. TV has HDMI input.
Not clean. The furniture has dust and stains that they just didn't care / have time to clean. Quite unusual in Japan. They don't clean your room. They only change your towels and garbage bags. Some superior rooms look to the side! So no view at all, just a wall without light. The coffee machine is in the lobby and it didn't work No USB chargers in the room. Bring an adapter!

What was the highlight of Tokyu Stay Ginza
Convenient for families with children.
Location is superb, near subway. The unit has a washer/dryer, a microwave and a tiny pantry area. Perfect for family traveling with kids (travelled with a 3 y.o). Room is also clean and with sufficient lighting. View from the room is great. Lawson is just across the street while FamilyMart is just a few blocks down. It's just a quick walk to Ginza shopping area and also Tokyo station is not that far away. Plenty of food choices around. There is a cozy little dessert shop next to the hotel that serves amazing parfait (pricey but amazing) using seasonal fruits from Kannonyama.
The pantry tap was a bit loose and requires care when turning on/off the water when doing the dishes.
